[1.0.0] - Release Notes

This is the first release of the FacePhi INE Service. This service is a REST API that allows you to perform identity verification by facial recognition. The service is based on the SelphID SDK, technology developed by FacePhi. It implements the specification of the Mexipay-INE (National Electoral Institute) of Mexico.
